This beautiful family-friendly beach house is in an adorable, gated community with two pools and two parking spots in front of the home. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and features an outdoor fenced patio with a fire pit and gas grill for your family’s evening enjoyment. The home has been upgraded with Roku TVs with YouTube TV in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment and features new appliances, including the washer and dryer.

Dean was the best! He kept me informed and encouraged questions if I needed anything. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was the best! Short drive to everywhere! Can't wait to come back and stay again!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and tidy. The host has many of the cooking appliances that others don’t, a crock pot, a instapot, a grill! It was super nice to have these things easily accessible while on vacation. The pool is beautiful and not overly crowded. The back yard is private and a nice place to sit in the evenings and relax. Check in was a breeze. The home even had beach toys for the kids! 10/10 would stay again and recommend this home for others.

Dean was an awesome host and very kind!! He sent clear instructions, recommended places to eat and dine at. The house had everything we could think of—- I was really appreciative how well the towels were stocked in the house. We hope to be back next year! :)

Dean’s house was a great place to stay. It was very clean and just a short drive to the beach. We stayed with our two toddlers and appreciated all the family-friendly amenities, including a pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, toys, and towels. Dean was an excellent communicator. He reached out to us before our stay and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and kid-friendly activities. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly and kindly. We highly recommend staying at Dean’s beach house and would love to return in the future!

We had the best time at Dean's Beach House. First - you can't really find a house in PCB that's closer to the beach. It was clean, well stocked with beach supplies, towels, and kitchen necessities. Dean was very proactive and easy to communicate with. The house was decorated well, was clean, and met all of our needs. The only thing I feel like I should mention is the detachable sink faucet sometimes would lock in place. If that happens and someone goes to turn on the sink, they may end up getting sprayed. It became the running joke of the week. I think only 1/6 people walked away un-sprayed. So consider yourself warned ;) I would 100% recommend Dean's house and look forward to staying there again on our next trip to PCB!

We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s place in Panama City Beach! The house was in a great location—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Dean/Lisa were very accommodating. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, they gladly allowed me to change my dates w/o any issues. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything i could have brought was already there. They even had laundry pods. It was a very good experience, as this was my first time renting an Airbnb. If I am ever in the need of a stay in Panama City, they will get the request. Thanks again

Clean and comfy.. Well equipped and had everything imaginable. The host reached out to ensure we were question free. Looks small from outside but bigger than expected. Close to restaurants, beaches. And we noticed a little water park for children close by.

Dean was a wonderful host. The house was perfect for our getaway. My grandson was with us. We had easy access to the pac play and high chair. This was wonderful having these two items in the house. Less to pack!!! The chairs and beach toys were awesome! Dean has everything you would need for your stay. The backyard was perfect for a relaxing evening. I would definitely recommend this cute, spacious house!!!

Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back. Exceeded our expectations. We found everything we needed and more. We felt at home. The place was spotless, modern and well maintained. He made sure we were satisfied during our check in and stayed. He was very polite and professional all the time but also very friendly.
